Charity Celebrates Volunteers

A special lunch to celebrate Volunteers’ Week

Southend in Sight decided to reward their team of volunteers with a special lunch held at SAVS for Volunteers’ Week.

One volunteer, Lin Butler, has generously given 20 years of service to the charity, and was given a personal thank you from Southend in Sight. Lin is standing down from her services this year but will always remain part of the charities team.

Chair of Trustees, Russell Cable, commented; “The dedication, passion, and unwavering commitment of our volunteers has been nothing short of extraordinary. You are the backbone of our organisation, bringing our mission to life every single day.”
